Most people love to get family photos when their children are young, and then the get older, have a million activities to go to, and life gets too busy. I love photo shoots with families who have kids that are older. It’s definitely less hectic without little ones, but it’s also a unique time when you’re all together before the kids begin to leave. They are almost adults, doing some adult things, but still very much needing their parents (even if they won’t admit it). This is definitely a moment in time to document. You’ll never regret doing it, but you will regret not doing it.
